Deviled Eggs Dijon
This is a sweet and tasty Dijon deviled eggs recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
6 boiled eggs (chilled)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 Tablespoon sweet-pickle relish
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika (optional)
Parsley (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
Peel the chilled boiled eggs
Carefully cut the eggs in half lengthwise
Remove yolks and place them in a bowl
Mash the yolks with a fork
Combine and mix the yolks with mustard, mayonnaise,
vinegar and pickle relish
Salt and pepper to taste
Fill the white halves evenly with the mixture
Sprinkle with paprika for color (optional)
Garnish with parsley leaves (optional)
